My equipment in 2006

Backpack Lowe Alpine Appalachian 70 + 15 The more largely, so much the better. Slim backpack, good emphasis. To recommend.
Wanderschuhe Meindl Island - Gore Tex Very good shoe with enough space for my broad foot.
Fleecejacket Four Seasons If it's getting colder, better than a sweater. Often used in the evenings.
Treckingjacket Aldi Cheaply and even up to a certain degree water-rejecting. Breathing active. With light rain very well.
Cotton socks As replacement meant. Never been used.
Black tennis socks After walking. More frequently uses. Smelled already after 3 days.
Treckingsocks Meindl Air Revolution Most expensive socks which I ever bought. Comfortably without end, no blisters, smell arm and good drying time.
Funktional shirt Favorably in the outdoor shop arose. Feels like cotton. Very good drying time! Smell arm despite only once wash in the lake without detergents!
T-Shirt cotton As replacement. Dries badly, smells fast. Next time I'll take another funktional shirt.
Treckingtrousers My old C&A Zipp off trousers. Durably, easily drying, wash and wear. Unfortunately not fireproof *g.
Trunk Light material. Fast drying and are if necessary a second short trousers.
2x function pants To recommend outstanding and only.
"Longjohn" If it's getting colder.... never used.
Rain trousers "Sauna" On the Bohusleden very well to use because of the kneel-high gras and bushes. When it rains anyway. Giant disadvantage: no air-ventilation! You cannot wear it a longer time, without to be wet-sweated (nearly the same as standing in the rain).
Rain jacket "Sauna" The same as the rain trousers
Cappie Against the sun and the rain. Next time I will take an impragnated hat.
Compass Never used.
Swiss knife Small, practically, well. Uses less, than meant.
Gas lighter For fires, or not?
Mobile phone In case if I need help
Teva shoes Only after walking
Akkus (Batteries) For my energy-hungry digital camera
Digitally camera For the beautiful photos.
Forehead lamp LED + Krypton Hands freely, good light, totally economically.
Silks inlett We preserve our sleeping bag. Tested it for the first time. Yes, it's good.
Sleeping Bag Mountain Equipment Glacier 500 Outstanding sleeping bag. Small, easily and without end warmly. Also a thinner would have been sufficient.
Sleeping mat Serves his purpose but it's uncomfortable.
Tent tarpaulin More easily and better to stow away than a fabric tarpaulin and for an emergency bivouac meant. Once been used in the last wind protection hut.
medium sized towel Normally Frottee. Function + drying well.
Heringe
Plaster One can never know….but never used
Toilet paper You will need it, I think. One role is enough for a very long time.
Garbage bags for the return journey to packing the backpack
light shovel no comment
Cord Multi-functionally
Sewing kit If a bear tears the trousers up. Never used.
Seifen-Konzentrat Klein, für den kompletten Körper, sehr ergiebig
Toothbrush
Tooth paste
Shoe wax For the shoes for maintaining
Batteries AAA As replacement for my MP3-Player and the forehead lamp. No need.
Deo For the way into the civilization
Ointment For wounds etc
Tick pliers Ticks? Never seen.
Book
Autan Against insects. Never needed.

Detergent

Completely normal concentrate, filled up. Only very little used.

Plate

A plastic bowl from Bodum for 99 cent. Ingeniously.

Table-ware cloth

Completely normal towel for the kitchen.

Shaker

A gift from Tupperware. Super for milk powder, sauce powder. Measuring beaker + whisks + drinking cups in one.

Salt

Indispensably. Very small quantity is enough.

Pepper

Also indispensably

Pancaketurner

For the pan. Made of plastics.

Aluminum cup

For tee. In addition, only for that, because I had still the vibration cup.

Fork

Cutlery of kind of condition. Somewhat more heavily, but very durably. Not often used.

Spoon

Cutlery of kind of condition. Somewhat more heavily, but very durably. Often used. Could replace the Fork!

Knife

Cutlery of kind of condition. Somewhat more heavily, but very durably. Often used.

Pot

Cheap series from Primus out of aluminum. The pot is ok, serves its purpose for one person. The associated pan is really shit. Those remained at home.

Pan

Completely cheap, small, non-adhesive-coated. The excess weight saves however the oil.

Gas digester

My completely normal, old camping Gaz digester. Very good.

Gas cartouche

Bought in Gothenburg

Gas cartouche

As replacement. Never used.

Water filter

An MSR Miniworks ex. Superpart. Filters finely and also removes the "earthy"-taste

2x drinking bottle

1 litre Coca Cola bottles

Breakfast board

The old breakfast board of granny with the old-German sample. Small, narrowly, easily and durably.

x
All in all I had, including 2 litres water and the meal, around the 22kg on the back.
I did not carry a tent forward for weight reasons.
Things, which I would now carry forward from the experience, are e.g. lower jaws, breathe-active rain clothes, only functional clothes, a washrag (for fast washing), a machete (for the birch wood), and – if it would fit - my Husqvarna chainsaw for firewood.

If you find some strange words in the table.....please contact me and I will set in the right words.
